The first full time arts studio in Australia for artists with an intellectual disability, Arts Project has built an enviable reputation nationally and internationally for: its creative and individual studio philosophy, its professional and dynamic gallery program, as well as the outstanding artwork produced by its artists. Arts Project represents emerging, mid-career and established artists. The artists enjoy exhibition opportunities in prominent local, national and international galleries with many artists represented in public and private collections worldwide.

In recent years, Arts Project has collaborated with leading artists, curators and organisations in Australia and overseas. Notable amongst these has been collaborations with The National Gallery of Victoria, Darren Knight Gallery, Andrew Baker Gallery, Robin Gibson Gallery, West Space, Chapter House Lane, Next Wave, Gertrude Contemporary, Fleisher/Ollman in Philadelphia, White Columns in New York and most recently with Sofitel Melbourne on Collins and Global Art Projects.
