Sydney 2000 exhibition

1999-2000

RAIA and the Olympic Co-ordination Authority

GAP was contracted by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (RAIA) to manage the international tour of the exhibition Sydney 2000 - Olympic Design of the New Millenium.

This involved close liaison with the Olympic Coordination Authority (OCA) owners of the photographs, original drawings, plans and architectural building and site models that made up the exhibition, and also with the RAIA who developed the educational and promotional program supporting the exhibition.

GAP was responsible for organising crate production, international freight arrangements, liaison with international venues, installation and pack-up of the exhibition. This exhibition was shown at the Royal Institute of British Architects from September - October 1999.
